About Yulson Homes

Yulson Homes is a certified and registered estate agency in Bulgaria. We're based in Palamartsa, near Popovo, and have been here for years.

Most of our buyers come from the UK, Germany, and France. We sell village houses, plots of land, and business premises. Because we live in the area, we know which properties are worth looking at and which ones aren't.

We speak English, Bulgarian, German, and French. If you can't travel to Bulgaria, we can handle the purchase through Power of Attorney. We also offer monthly payment plans. Put down 10% and pay the rest over time.
